The  vision  for  the  Emerick  was  to  create  a  versatile,  elegant,  and  comfortable  home  for  on  or  off  grid  use. The  Emerick  would  make  use  of  flexible  space  and  full  Kitchen,  bathroom,  and  bedroom  spaces  to  achieve  this  vision.  That vision was realized.

The  24’  Tiny  has  a  26’  Tiny  feel  thanks  to  a  2’  cantilever  space  used  for  the  bathroom  vanity  and  to  extend  the  living  space  of  the  bedroom  loft. A  second  pop  out  is  used  for  fuel  and  personal  storage  space.  The  use  of  the  center  entrance  brings  guests  directly  into  the  great  room  and  the  design  intends  the  owner  to  have  an  outdoor  deck  that  easily  extends  the  entertaining  space  from  the  kitchen  to  a  deck.    Acacia  hardwood  floors  and  warm  natural  finishing  in  cabinetry  and  shelving  throughout  make  the  feel  of  the  Tiny  very  warm,  spacious,  and  inviting.  Envisioned  as  a  space  comfortable  for  full  time  living,  the  kitchen  is  fully  equipped  with  stainless  steel  appliances  with  a  generous  food  prep  space  and  a  farmhouse  sink  with  a  restaurant  style  faucet. The  vision  for  the  Emerick  was  to  create  a  versatile,  elegant,  and  comfortable  home  for  on  or  off  grid  use. The  Emerick  would  make  use  of  flexible  space  and  full  Kitchen,  bathroom,  and  bedroom  spaces  to  achieve  this  vision.  That vision was realized

The  full  verticality  of  the  kitchen  walls  is  taken  full  advantage  of  with  shelving  to  the  ceiling  that  can  be  purposed  for  a  variety  of  things.  The  great  room’s  convertible  couch  provides  for  comfortable  entertaining  and  quick  conversion  to  a  bed.    The  large  linen  drawer  conveniently  positioned  directed  under  the  couch  makes  making  the  bed  a  snap.    A  custom  TV  mount  provides  for  flexible  positioning  of  a  TV  for  viewing  anywhere  from  end-to-end  of  the  Tiny.    The  TV  mount  can  fold  and  store  your  TV  in  moments  when  it  isn’t  in  use.  A  full  size  tiled  shower,  generous  closet,  and  laundry  room  all  great  you  when  you  pass  through  the  sliding  barn  door  into  the  bathroom.    High  end  finishes  throughout  continue  into  the  bathroom  with  barn  door  style  glass  shower  enclosure,  instant  tankless  water  heater,  vassal  sink,  and  toilet  or  composting  toilet  as  the  owner  prefers.
